She is the owner and president of Prestige Real Estate Associates, Inc, based in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, and serves the South bay and greater Los Angeles areas.

 

Karen started her career in real estate in 1997, working for an independent broker before joining Security First Financial, managing their real estate division. She and her team joined Keller Williams – L.A. Harbor in 2007.

 

Karen has acquired a large following of loyal clientele with 95% of her business coming from return clients and their referrals. Today her team consists of several real estate agents, including a transaction manager, marketing specialist, executive assistant, and several Buyer’s agents. Karen currently resides in San Pedro’s South Shores, where she lives with her husband.
