I was looking to buy in Rancho PV and wanted a realtor who knew the area. I decided to go with Karen based on her great reviews. She really knows her stuff and I'm so glad she represented me to buy and sell, because in this crazy real estate market only a true expert could have pulled it off. I won't go into all the hairy details that kept me up at nights, so I'll just say that having a really experienced and knowledgeable realtor like Karen is absolutely critical. She knew how to expertly navigate through the complexities of helping me buy my new home, and then sell my current home, all within a ridiculous short window. She also has furnishings to help stage, understands the loan process really well, and has a network of contractors and service professionals who are also critical to the buying/selling process. So although I would normally prefer a realtor who is an expert in that specific neighborhood, I learned that with Karen it didn't matter. She worked really hard on my behalf; so much so that I wondered if she even slept at nights. Haha.
