We first met Leigh when visiting an open house she was hosting. After talking to her for about 20 minutes, we decided to have her as our buying agent. Our initial impression was that she was a straightforward and knowledgeable professional with extensive understanding of the South Bay area. We took our time looking at multiple different properties in different areas and Leigh was very understanding and even encourage us to wait for the right property to buy. I think she gave good advises on housing market, property locations and property conditions during our search. However, she best earned her worth when we decided to close on what is now our house. She took good care of us, making sure the property was thoroughly inspected and all issues discovered. Due to her diligence, we had the upper hand in negotiating with the sellers and was able to secure a decent discount for repairing the property. From this experience, we learned that having a good real estate agent is very important. You could lose out on as much as five percent of the property price if you don't have a good agent. We can wholly recommend Leigh. In fact, my cousin is now employing Leigh to look for a property in South Bay from our recommendation.

Knowledgeable. Being new to the home buying process and hearing how insane the market is at the moment - with houses flying off the market in a few days, insane bidding wars, and little inventory - we were unsure if this was the right time for us. We consulted with Karen who was very clear and precise on the steps we needed to take. She was on top of all details from start to finish and was able to give sound advice on ALL aspects of the process. She is very transparent and will not beat-around-the-bush with necessary information. No question went unanswered. I might add that I question EVERYTHING and always received a thorough response. Jonathan Ramirez definitely made my first home buying experience a positive one! From day one, he was always professional, friendly, and very engaged in the whole process. Whenever I texted him a question or needed information, Jonathan was always quick to respond. While we were searching through listings and going to open houses, I really appreciated that he genuinely cared about what I was looking for in a home (close proximity to work, entertainment, restaurants etc.), and would ask what my thoughts were on each place, so we could look at even better options the next time. I just want to tell you a little about our real estate agent JONATHAN RAMIREZ. Jonathan definitely went above and beyond his job. I walked into Keller Williams blind without ever researching the home buying process. It was past 5 pm and they were closing I wanted some information about buying a home quickly. I am all about instant gratification. I was greeted by his big smile and warm personality he gave me a short explanation of the home buying process that day, even got a lender involved to see what we were approved for. It all happened so fast. Three days later we were approved through the help of Eddie Correa our wonderful lender. Now it was happy house hunting, or so we thought. This is one of the most important financial decisions of our life, and it was nerve wrecking, and at times daunting. However, no matter how demanding, how many questions we had, how many houses we turned down, how many cover letters were written, the no barred window requests, wide streets only, good neighborhood, no matter how many bumps in the road he came through and this was not an easy task for us or him. But WE DID IT! Jonathan was super patient, answered all midnight texts, answered every call, text, and email in a very timely manner, with accuracy and knowledge, and if he didn’t have the answer he would find it. This is what really makes the whole home buying process smooth.
