Karen started her career in Real Estate in 1997 and earned her Broker License in 2001. She is the President and CFO of Prestige Real Estate Associates, Inc. working under the umbrella of Keller Williams Palos Verdes Realty.
Karen started working for a boutique brokerage, selling real estate and originating loans. This instilled in her a desire to bring a “concierge” service experience to all her buyer and seller clients which still serves as the foundation of her business to this day.
Karen has acquired a loyal client base; many of whom are repeat clients and referrals. This can be attributed to attention to detail and being readily available to answer questions, give advice, and good old-fashioned hard work.
Karen has built a strong team consisting of several agents, an executive administrator, marketing director and a transaction manager, as well as a network of highly experienced escrow officers, title representatives, and other professionals to support her clients at every turn.
Karen currently resides in the South Shores area of San Pedro and enjoys spending time there with her husband and their family.
