Karen Anderson is the Best! I'm not kidding... I interviewed three agents but when I met Karen, I knew that she was the one I was going to work with. She was offering something beyond a sale of my house. She was offering an end-to-end selling package. She led a team of people (a stager, photographer, videographer, handymen, electrician, engineer...) who clearly followed her direction. Karen and her team are a Godsend! Of all the positive reviews that Karen Anderson and her team have received, I can assure you that this one should hold the most value... I am a Realtor and met Karen 2 years ago during a lengthy transaction in Yorba Linda. She brought buyers to my listing and even though we had multiple offers, I could tell that Karen was the one agent that could bring her buyers to the finish line. It was a fabulous transaction with happy clients on both ends. Fast forward to today... Just as we were preparing to move to Texas, we had some unfortunate deaths in our family. This required that we act as Trustees. We had many personal issues going on and all I could think about was how were we going to clear out two homes (one in Torrance and the other in Crestline) and sell them while we were moving to Texas. Although, I have a team of realtors in SoCal, I could not help but think back to Karen and her knowledge, her integrity, and her willingness to go the extra mile for her clients. That one phone call to Karen was definitely the smartest real estate move that I have ever made. Karen and her team cleared out 2 homes that had over 50 years of possessions. She arranged an Estate sale and cleaning on both and modestly staged both to ensure a quick sale. Both homes sold with multiple offers within a week. Karen got over asking on both due to her brilliant strategy. During the process it was very clear that Karen watched our expenditures on things as if it were her own money. Karen was a great communicator, but NEVER called with an issue that she didn't already have a solution to. Both transactions closed without us knowing of any hiccups. As a side note, the first transaction did require some signatures on legal documents of one of the pre-deceased. Karen quickly offered to visit the nursing home and consult with our family member. That is only one of the tasks where she went far above and beyond. Karen is a Broker which requires a lot more education than the average Realtor so I will continue to work with Karen for years to come and hope that she never retires!!!

So although I would normally prefer a realtor who is an expert in that specific neighborhood, I learned that with Karen it didn't matter. She worked really hard on my behalf; so much so that I wondered if she even slept at nights. Haha.
