As a 25-year resident, Leigh Hanisee knows firsthand what an amazing community the South Bay and Palos Verdes Peninsula are. A Malibu native and lifelong Angeleno, Leigh spent many years working in finance before transitioning into real estate, where she has been an active agent for more than 15 years. This experience gives her a unique perspective on using real estate as a wealth-building tool in guiding our clients to building a secure future. Leigh is passionate about helping people achieve their housing goals—whether buying or selling.
She loves guiding buyers to their ideal home and showcasing everything San Pedro, the Palos Verdes Peninsula and South Bay have to offer. First-time homebuyers especially appreciate her patient, step-by-step approach to navigating the purchase process.
Leigh and her team work closely with sellers to ensure every home is prepped to stand out from the competition. From staging and marketing to managing timelines and expectations, she is dedicated to delivering a smooth and successful selling experience. Leigh is a mom of three, and a “mom” to a menagerie of pets, including her dog, cat, a turtle and a tortoise. When she’s not working, Leigh enjoys working out at the gym and spending time with her family.
