What we love about this house is that it retains the charm of a house that was originally built in 1907 but has been renovated and upgraded over the years with modern amenities. We love the open layout, and make a lot of use of our large kitchen, dining, and family room spaces. Our kitchen features high end appliances and abounding counter space. Our charming full baths include ambient flooring. We also love our backyard. The covered back deck means we can use that space all year round. With our outdoor grill gas line hook ups (and not a propane tank), we never have to think about whether we have enough gas for grilling. We’ve got two amazing trees – the redwood and willow.
